Ashley Mortenson came to Arborview in December of 2014, drawn to the company’s family values and highly collaborative, boutique environment. Prior to joining the team, Ashley studied real estate at the University of New Hampshire graduating with a Business Administration degree and obtained her license in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She gained hands-on knowledge of the industry by practicing in New Hampshire for over two years and specializing in property management for much of that time. Ashley’s natural talent for management immediately shone at Arborview, as she succeeded in keeping tenants safe and comfortable through the record-breaking Boston winter.
Ashley takes great pride in her work for the rentals division at Arborview. She firmly believes that a rental is nothing less than a home, and thus works hard to find each tenant the ideal property match. Her dedicated attitude carries over into the management and maintenance of each unit, allowing owners and tenants to enjoy a very rewarding long-term partnership.
