Once you are pre-qualified, we start the searching process.  We can send you new listings according to your preferences, and visit property with you at any point.  We work together as a team, so you really do have 24/7 concierge service.  You can communicate and set up showings through our website.  We are licensed builders and are able to give more information + educated our buyers before the home inspection.
