—— Restoration case study · Sumner Hill, Jamaica Plain

12 Everett Street: a Sumner Hill Victorian, reborn as three condominiums.

A historic exterior, restored. Soft-modern homes inside. We sold all three, found the buyers for two of them, and resold the first in 2026 for more than it sold for new.

—— The project

Webb Place, in historic Sumner Hill.

Set back from the street in a park-like setting, 12 Everett Street paired a restored historic Victorian exterior with expansive, soft-modern interiors: three 3-bedroom, 3-bath condominiums with garages, a cobblestone-style driveway and large private decks, patio or yard. Fully electric, with efficient heat pumps and serious sound-reducing construction between homes, and steps from the Green Street Orange Line, Centre Street, the Arboretum and Jamaica Pond.

—— How we sold it

A big project, told as one story.

Three homes at this level needed buyers to understand the whole building, not just a unit. We gave 12 Everett its own property website, a print brochure with full spec sheets and floor plans for every unit, twilight and aerial photography, and a launch that put the location and craftsmanship first.
