Cannot say enough good things about my family's experience with Arborview. Christian Iantosca assisted us with our Fall 2025 transactions (purchase of a single-family home in Newton and concurrent sale of our condo in Jamaica Plain) and his service was truly above and beyond. For context, this was our third home purchase, our second home sale, and our first time using Arborview after experiences with 3 other agents/firms in the past. This round, despite being an objectively more stressful time to buy/sell, was by far the case where we felt most supported and in the best hands...all thanks to Christian. He was incredibly knowledgeable about both the market and technical aspects of potential properties, readily available whenever we needed him, and provided steady counsel on our offers. Meanwhile, on a personal level, he was authentic, patient, and honestly just someone we enjoyed working with. We inherently felt like we could trust him to balance realistic advice with our best interests -- a trait that can feel hard to come by in this industry. We had started to lose hope of winning a single-family bid in a tough market, but Christian kept with us and helped us stay true to our priorities, until we ended up with the best house for us! We feel so fortunate.
