The daughter of a realtor and entrepreneur, Gretchen grew up in a small town in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hamilton College and, upon graduating in 1998, moved to Jamaica Plain. Gretchen became fascinated with the real estate market while living in Roslindale and Jamaica Plain and coaching women’s collegiate sports. Upon receiving her Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution and Negotiation from the University of Massachusetts, Gretchen decided to put her skills to work in real estate.
