Nathan Kirby developed a passion for real estate when he bought and renovated his first property during college, and eventually began working in the Cambridge & Somerville rental markets. Nate brought his enthusiasm to Arborview and immediately felt at home within the family-owned business. He has spent over 15 years working tirelessly for his clients and is a pivotal member of Christian’s team.

Nate works with both buyers and sellers, thoughtfully guiding them with his superior expertise and sense of humor. He appreciates building relationships with his clients that help him to better understand their needs and values the trust they place in him. Nate stays one step ahead in every aspect and is proud of his resulting success in even the most competitive, unpredictable markets. 

While at Arborview, Nate has managed a number of renovation projects and offers his clients extensive construction insight. His attention to detail allows him to provide background into small and large projects alike and exemplifies him as an invaluable resource. Nate has a deep knowledge of the area markets, from the vibrant community of JP and Boston’s unique neighborhoods to the sought-after suburbs.

Nate and his wife keep busy with their two energetic sons and rescue pup, Gilly. An outdoorsman at heart, he has a passion for fishing, ice fishing, and hunting, and is working his way through hiking all 48 of New Hampshire’s 4,000+ foot mountains.
