Nate discovered real estate by buying and renovating his first property in college. That hands-on start shaped his career: for more than 15 years he has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers, and today he’s a key member of the Christian Iantosca Team at Arborview Realty.
He guides clients across Boston’s neighborhoods and the surrounding suburbs, pairing sharp market knowledge with a reassuring sense of humor. He takes the time to understand what each client needs, stays a step ahead in competitive markets, and draws on years of managing renovation projects to explain how a home is built and what it really needs.
Away from work, Nate and his wife keep busy with their two sons and their rescue pup, Gilly. An outdoorsman at heart, he loves fishing, ice fishing and hunting, and is working his way up all 48 of New Hampshire’s 4,000-foot mountains.
